Does the Civil Service Commission in Bangladesh map skills to align education, recruitment testing, and training?

Employing a quantitative approach, the authors analysed data on 2802 Bangladeshi public sector employees using multinomial logistic regression and descriptive analysis. The results revealed that public administration graduates occupy fewer white collar jobss in the Bangladeshi civil service. Public administration graduates performed less well than the science graduates in recruitment testing for white collar positions.
