This study was designed to examine the effects of work-life balance, work motivation, and self-esteem on organizational commitment of library personnel in federal universities in southern Nigeria. The total enumeration technique was used to cover all the 1,138 library personnel in the federal universities in southern Nigeria. The validated questionnaire was used to collect data on 1,138 library personnel out of which 1,023 responded. The response rate achieved was 90%. The study found that work-life balance, work-motivation, and self-esteem had significant effect on the organizational commitment of the respondents. Self-esteem has the most significant effect (34%) on organizational commitment.
